This weekly devotional Bible study & lunch was the beginning  of That Girl’s Marketplace Ministry.   Hosted weekly in a private room at a local restaurant with a special menu. This event gave the women a place to build an energetic network of associates and friends.  

The Soul Food Market Founder Diane Oberkrom has come alongside That Girl to network  in God’s Kingdom by zealously and creatively baking fresh muffins and cookies for this marketplace ministry.  Each delicacy is tagged with a Bible verse saying there’s been prayer in the baking and over those who will later get to savor it.

This is a marketplace ministry of That Girl Marketing, LLC. Polly Balint hosts FREE, community-wide weekly Bible studies for  ladies in the workplace. (See calendar.)         The Soul Food Market bakes gourmet muffins each week for these gatherings and serves lunch at The Soul Food Market’s location in Historic Downtown Canton (inside Yawn’s Books & More). That Girl is passionate about expanding God’s kingdom by providing a place for women to grow in a dynamic network of associates and friends.

That Girl hosted a luncheon for mothers and daughters. Guest speaker was Grace Balint, a runway model who also appeared in more than 70 TV shows as a background actor. Grace shared the truth about her experiences as a Christian in Hollywood — the truth about beauty and “reality”.
